2. Information we collect
- Information you choose to send by email or WhatsApp, such as your name, business, project goals and contact details.
- Information submitted through the project brief form. The form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message; it does not store your answers in a database on this website.
- Basic technical information needed to secure and operate the site, such as browser, device and request logs, which may be processed by hosting providers.
- Payment and billing information handled by Stripe when you use a Stripe Checkout or Payment Link. We do not receive or store your full card number.
3. How we use information
We use information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support services, process payments, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal obligations and improve the clarity of our website. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is based on taking steps at your request, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, protecting security, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where consent is required, we will ask for it and you may withdraw it.
5. Service providers
We may use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payments, WhatsApp for conversations and other providers necessary to deliver an agreed project. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. This list will be updated whenever the active stack changes.

Some providers may process information outside Morocco or your country. Where applicable, we use the safeguards and contractual measures required by the relevant data protection law.
7. Retention
We normally keep enquiry records for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. Project files, contracts and invoices are kept for the period required for accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised where practical.
8. Your choices and rights
